Give us more information, like at which step it happened, maybe provide screenshot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And PM has not charged you yet?&amp;nbsp; Try to uninstall and resintall the PM app as well as clear browser cache&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if you are not activating eSIM, you might want to try subscribing by installing the app on another phone and try to go through subscription there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same error for me. Always xxx error Even on app or on web when i verify the IMEI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
