      <title>SMSC issue with eSIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I moved from the physical SIM to eSIM (it happened a few weeks ago)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the activation, I paid attention to that I could receive but couldn't send SMS messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked in my device the SMSC number, and saw the number was not available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="guberm_0-1697233867291.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/96071i5407BE1697C8E905/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="guberm_0-1697233867291.png" alt="guberm_0-1697233867291.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I tried to update the SMSC manually (SMSC Number: +16475800172) through the &lt;STRONG&gt;*#*#4636#*#*&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but unfortunately, I got an error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="guberm_2-1697234058118.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/96072iFBB3F81D59D867AB/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="guberm_2-1697234058118.png" alt="guberm_2-1697234058118.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="guberm_3-1697234091370.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/96073iF43A289ABB2F1584/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="guberm_3-1697234091370.png" alt="guberm_3-1697234091370.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have an idea?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On both update and refresh? Maybe try a reset network settings. Or just a full power off restart. Odd that the first screen it's greyed out. I can change mine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/41614"&gt;@guberm&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, I assume that you have no problems with phone calls and data?&amp;nbsp; Please try deleting SMS cache and reopening the app.&amp;nbsp; Maybe that will help.&amp;nbsp; Customers should not have to do SMSC editing to make SMS work.&amp;nbsp; If all else fails, reach out to support for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
