I activated my $40 plan yesterday. I should get 4 points rewards according to the advertisements. Why I only got 2 points?

2 points? It seems it should be a minimum of 5. But the promo might not include the sign up points. (my bolding)

I would say wait for your next renewal and maybe a day or two after and see what happens. That seems to be the promo so wait and see.

you will get the extra points for a full 12 months.

And it is correct you see the regular 2 points (5%) first and the other 2 points will be there in 4-5 business days

Points bonus will automatically be applied separately from the regular 5% points-back to eligible purchases within 4-5 business days.
