      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should only get that message once per trip, unless of course your hanging out right around the border, in which case the phone could toggle back and forth between US and Canadian towers. As &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;noted, it's a standard text everyone gets. Just ignore it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
