      <description>I bought $5 add on data for 200Mb on Nov 28 but it was not roll over to December days plan. I used up my 250 Mb before end of November . Why is that so ? Thanks</description>

Maybe post a screenshot of your overview page and payment history. Blank out personal info of course.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: plan data gets reset at renewal and gets used first then. Add-on data is buy once and consume over time and gets used when you run out of plan data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you successfully bought the add-on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Dies that mean the roll over is still there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, it is there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the 0/200MB is the add-on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the 37.1/250MB is the monthly bucket.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM will use from your monthly bucket first.&amp;nbsp; Once that is done, it will start consume from the Add-on Data.&amp;nbsp; At the end of the cycle, any left over on the Add-on will be rolled over to the next cycle&lt;/P&gt;</description>
