If you have not try the app, please download the PM app.&amp;nbsp; If you are already trying the app, uninstall and reinstall it once.&amp;nbsp; Also, some people suggest to clear browser cache as well before you reinstall&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have another credit card to try with the subscription?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you can also get a prepaid credit card and activate with that first, then do a credit card change after&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
