My question is can a person pay their cell phone bill using the automatic withdrawal from their bank account or does it have to be with a credit card all the time?

no option to pay from bank account

However, if you have those Visa Debit or MC Debit, you can add it to My Account and effectively same as automatic pay by bank account

or you can also use voucher, buy from Shoppers drug mart and use *611 to load the voucher

another option is to get one of those re-loadable debit cards, register it on your account to Subscribed (Autopay)...then just add $$ to it as you get closer to renewal day. That way, you'll still get Points Back.....

you can add her debit visa to your account. Log in to your account / Payments / Manage Subscription...
