    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, has anyone ever had their plan cancelled on them before without their permission for non-payment? But then your credit card was still working elsewhere? It keeps saying cannot process transaction at this time when I go to pay. This is my work phone and I own a company so it's a bit of an emergency to get my service going again.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, has anyone ever had their plan cancelled on them before without their permission for non-payment? But then your credit card was still working elsewhere? If you do not have working services, when was your renewal date?&amp;nbsp;When you call 611 (or&amp;nbsp;# 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to see what the status says?
