      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/335284"&gt;@Shami85&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's very easy to port in your phone number. You just have to make sure your OTHER account with the phone number you want to port over is still active. Once the port is complete, it will automatically close the other account over at the other service provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you go into your account, go to Profile on your left hand side. Then on the right hand side in the My Phone Number box, 3rd line says Transfer Phone Number. Click on that and go from there. It's super easy. Holler back if you have more questions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
