I just received a new phone, and I can't find how to transfer my esim to it.

You cannot transfer an eSIM from one device to another. You will have to repurchase an eSIM using the app. Download the app to your new device, go to the subscription and add-on’s tab, and then scroll down and select “Shop SIM Card Now”

This is the biggest downside between eSIM and Physical SIM cards as every time you want to transfer between devices you will have to re-purchase it as it’s one time use only.

That worked, thank you! But ugh, should have bought a regular SIM card instead of going esim.

Definitely consider it for your next device! I started on an eSIM and was happy as I was able to port over and get going with PM very quickly but once I purchased a new device I switched over to a physical SIM. That way I don’t have to keep re-buying one and also I can put my SIM in other devices to test if I ever experience any issues and need to troubleshoot.
