    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/335042"&gt;@BoatGuy69&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.&amp;nbsp; If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok&amp;nbsp; then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a number to call to talk to live support,&amp;nbsp; they can re-trigger the process for you.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox (&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;) .&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Caught up in Activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a long 5 days I finally received my SIM card. &amp;nbsp; Went ahead with the activation and ported my number from Freedom. &amp;nbsp; ANswered all the prompts and deleted my freedom esim. &amp;nbsp; I have service (ish). &amp;nbsp; I can make a phone call, can not receive a phone call or text. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Go it a cryptic message from Public that says “we’re having trouble transferring your number. &amp;nbsp;SOmeone will be in contact or use the virtual assistant. &amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="HTTPS://publicmobile.ca.Ada.support/chat" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;HTTPS://publicmobile.ca.Ada.support/chat&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;which give a security certificate fault. &amp;nbsp; Now Im really stuck. &amp;nbsp; There is no way for me to log in to the app because it cant send me the auth code to my text. &amp;nbsp; I have no inbound calls. &amp;nbsp;ANd I cant find a support number to call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
