      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I change my subscription when the offer I see on the website does not show after I log in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a plan I am interested in, I click on it, and then I need to log in. After that, the plan does not show among the others.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What do you see diff ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/334991"&gt;@lfdannal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as long as it is not a plan for new activation only, you should see it on your My Account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it is true some posts talked about they don't see all plans on My Account.&amp;nbsp; Please try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser and check Change Subscription and see if you find the plan you want.&amp;nbsp; Make sure to select ALL and don't pick the wrong filter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
