Yes, you do

and you will get 3x rewads during the 90 days cycle

Just bear in mind that when you initially switch, you'll receive rewards for the prior 30-day cycle.

Then 90 days later, the rewards will accumulate for the initial 90-day service period and will apply against the payment required to renew the 90-day cycle.
