    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Dunkman,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your fast answer, you are definitely faster than the moderator, no one have answered me since yesterday yet lol!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message I have on the screen is: SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK. Fido gave me a code, I've tried it along with two codes given by Public Mobile, but none is working! I tought I burned the SIM card so asked them to send me another one, but the new one haven't asked me to enter any PIN, the message given started asking the PUK.. I don't know if that means something to you..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge, it's not suppose not to be locked (it is my friend's phone, he told me it was unlocked but after I asked him back, he's not sure if he had unlocked it lol).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't tried the SIM card on another phone, maybe I could do that to see if that's the issue!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advise could help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and have a nice day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it’s STILL locked to Bell you need to contact Bell to have them unlock your phone and troubleshoot any unlock issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the phone is unlocked you should be able to proceed with switching to PM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello, I'm having the same issue. My phone was unlocked and I switched from Virgin to PM. I entered my PM pin 3 times and it would not accept it. Then I was asked for my Puk. PM gave me not only 1 but 2 Puk... none of them worked. I'm sitting here with a phone and a sim card that somehow do not match. No help from moderators bcse they say it is a handset issue and they don't deal with them! Really? I see the same screen as you do and I feel hopeless. Thinking of switch back to Virgin. What else can I do?</description>

Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had unlock code issues coming from Fido too, but eventually got it sorted out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you let us know what kind of phone you have and what the exact message is that you're getting from your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me on my Samsung S7, these are the messages/prompts I was shown and what they meant:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK."&lt;BR /&gt;- This is asking for Samsung's "master code" - I got this after entering the wrong code for the message below too many times. Samsung and/or your previous carrier can give you this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"SIM network unlock PIN"&lt;BR /&gt;- This is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI and they'll give it to you easy peasy. If you enter this incorrectly too many times, you'll get the error message above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Enter SIM network PUK. Fido gave me a code, I've tried it along with two codes given by Public Mobile, but none is working! I tought I burned the SIM card so asked them to send me another one, but the new one haven't asked me to enter any PIN, the message given started asking the PUK.. I don't know if that means something to you..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge, it's not suppose not to be locked (it is my friend's phone, he told me it was unlocked but after I asked him back, he's not sure if he had unlocked it lol).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't tried the SIM card on another phone, maybe I could do that to see if that's the issue!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advise could help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and have a nice day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is it possible that they defaulted on their outstanding device balance with their provider and the provider black listed it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
