    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't access any data on my phone these last few days. I've restarted it... my account and data usage are all in good standing. What might be the problem? I live in Whitehorse, Yukon and it doesn't sound like there are any outages here right now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/334638"&gt;@sarahthecrane&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log onto self-serve and tap the little refresher icons to ensure you're viewing an up-to-date version of the data buckets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then try rebooting device and resetting network connections.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If possible, also perhaps try the SIM card (if physical, not e-SIM) in another device to see if data functions.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This could be a device setting which needs amending or adjusting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
