      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/334526"&gt;@mapletree2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;each account is unique in PM system, you will need a new email address to setup a new account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to port the landline, get the account number from that carrier first.&amp;nbsp; Then download the app on your phone and start the activation.&amp;nbsp; Enter the account number for porting.&amp;nbsp; And remember, porting from landline could take 3 to 7 days.&amp;nbsp; During the 3 to 7 days, the PM sim card can make calls but not receive, landline will still receive calls until the port is completed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
