      <description>&lt;P&gt;On&amp;nbsp; May 4 of this year I tried to add us roaming $33.60&amp;nbsp; website wasn't showing purchase so I kept trying 10 times, and gave up ( a lot of people were having same problem at that time) . I later logged back on using a different browser and realized It had gone thru 10 times. I notified credit card company was informed they could not reverse the charges (this was 25min after charges )&amp;nbsp; was told they had to get Public Mobile permission to reverse 9 of the charges this is exactly what happened, I received the credit. Public Mobile on the other hand was showing me with a credit of $245 (approx)&amp;nbsp; and is taking my payment from this , I shouldn't have had a credit. I have tried but can't get a response from anyone I'm afraid when the finally figure It out they will kill my account and I will loose all my rewards. I just want to pay my bill, also I'm on&amp;nbsp; auto payment. If you cab help Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
