      <description>&lt;P&gt;that 100% used up could be the continuation of 95% data usage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new promo might not be applied on the account yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check on your self serve 'my account page' to verify. There is a delay in applying the promo right now but soon it ll be fixed. It has been notified.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
