    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/334163"&gt;@Boakie1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First of all, is your service working?&amp;nbsp; How much is your plan costs?&amp;nbsp; Do you have enough funds to cover the cost of the next renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your service is working and you have enough funds, I would ignore any suspended service notice in your self service account.&amp;nbsp; On the day of renewal, Public mobile account does show many different warnings about suspended state, etc.&amp;nbsp; Once the plan renews, the next day, the warnings are gone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
