That could mean many things, although you might not believe that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you were charged more than you thought you should be charged did you account for taxes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the plan was changed without your knowledge if you’re not the prime user of the device?
