      <description>&lt;P&gt;Definitely a hassle!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That message usually means your activation got hung up after the SIM was registered. You will need help from a moderator,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M﻿&lt;/a&gt;. They have left for the day so check back from time to time tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to send some information by private message.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem when I was activating my SIM card too. It worked after I tried activating several times. It's definitely a bug that hopefully gets resolved. Don't give up. Public Mobile is worth it. Hope it works out for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you were unable to activate your SIM card online, please private message me your SIM card number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'll look into this and activate it for you if necessary &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
