    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am having an issue with the network. bar is one most of the time and it keeps on fluctuating, dbm range is 110 or 100.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried resetting my network settings, and rebooting the phone. nothing works. pls help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you tried in different locations in your city/town?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may want to manually select either 4G or 5G network.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, it's a $39 plan, and it's a new issue. I have been using it for more than 5 years. I am using s21 Samsungng.&amp;nbsp; it works fine if I go to another city, which means 10 10-minute drive on any side. I tried switching to the lowest network but it doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; THE NEAREST TOWER IS 12 MIN.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if someone calls, I can hear them clearly but whatever I say they don't get it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
