      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had selected a better data plan in September online, to update during October billing cycle. On October 4 I was charged for new plan but my phone was then suspended. Everything wants me to submit new payment, but I was already charged. What can I do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
