@kaflooey

The reason why you’re SIM card number isn’t working is because it is one time use. So in order to get your number/service back to a physical SIM card you will have to purchase another SIM card and then enter the SIM card number for the new SIM in your profile settings. I would recommend purchasing one off of Amazon as they are often cheaper and shipping is way faster, otherwise go to a local telus corporate store and purchase one but please call ahead to make sure it’s in stock.

As for creating a new account for your daughter, you will need to make another account with a separate email as you can only have one phone number per account with Public Mobile.

Reverse Physical sim to eSIM transfer - is it possible?

I tried to set up my daughter's iphone 12 mini using eSim for a new number / data.

However, what it did was transfer my physical sim / number to my dauighter's phone. Obviously not what I wanted. What I'd like to do is reverse this and get my coverage back on my phone and cancel the eSim.

Can I do this?

I tried to edit my sim number in my profile back to the physical one that's in my phone and it tells me it's invalid.

Any ideas - thanks!
