Lower your bill question

Hi there when you redeem the "lower your bill" points reward for 15 points does it give you a permanent 15$ discount on all future bills or just the next bill. Say i have a 40 dollar plan and use that reward will it then be the same plan but cost 25 dollars.

If you redeem 15 points you will get a one time $15 bill credit. Then you can rinse and repeat every time you earn 15 points.

If you want to earn more towards your bills, you can come join the community and help out others. Then you can earn towards your bill. You earn Bravo's and Solutions to earn $$ towards your bill. Don't ask how they do it, just know it works. 🙂

Other than for loyalty and autopay (if that is always left enabled), the points aren't permanent and need to be continually earned. The amoutn of points earned every 30 days can change.

NO way. That will be too good to be true.

When you redeem 15 points for $15 it is one time deal. They you have to collect another batch of 15 points to redeem then, etc.

That’s quite unrealistic expectations @Dryader

If Public Mobile were to offer such a program, they would be defunct in no time.
