    <description>&lt;P&gt;Follow up to my first post. Multiple attempts to activate the eSIM via regenerated QR codes (3) have failed. I have also tried numerous device restarts and also factory reset of the Network Settings. My device is an iPhone 12 A2406. I have been directed to purchase a physical SIM card at full price, contrary to the current promotion where a physical SIM is $5 off. Had I known that Public Mobile's eSIM would not work, I would've chosen the physical SIM with $5 off. This has been a frustrating start with Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received QR code for eSIM via email. The QR code did not work. My phone is eSIM compatible as confirmed by your site when registering the IMEI during checkout. Please provide a new QR code or activation codes via email. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
