      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went on the app this morning, tried to pay, still showed owing, paid then saw on my account it went through the first time.&amp;nbsp; I want a refund for one of those charges of 51.75.&amp;nbsp; It's been most of the day trying to reach someone to help me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 weeks?&amp;nbsp; You app has issues and you're saying 2 weeks?&amp;nbsp; I need it refunded immediately.&amp;nbsp; This is unacceptable.&amp;nbsp; Please put me in contact with someone who can do this now.&amp;nbsp; I did see 45 dollars available, I asked my bank to refund it but they're waiting on you.&amp;nbsp; I was charged 51.75 so why is it showing 45?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the extra payment you made is in your balance then just leave it there for next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So here's the thing. Companies are happy to take your money in the blink of an eye. Some companies, not all, but this one, take a while to do an actual refund which might even extend out to past your next renewal by which time that balance will have been used to renew.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
