Having just switched from Fido to PM we are not happy with the voicemail function. It is annoying to have to go through all the options after hearing the voicemails. After announcing that there are no more messages the Bot starts off with "You are at the main menu" followed by offering five options that require pressing 2, 3, 4, 19 or *2. Why is there no option to quit after being advised there are no more messages? Why are the messages preceded by information about the source of the sender? Is there any way to simplify this function?

I think it is what it is , don't see anyone share any shortcut but don't hear much complain about that either

used to be able to forward to Youmail instead, but conditional forwarding has broken and that trick wont' work now

No option to reconfigure vmail prompts.
Yes, it takes time to listen Who left vmail. I would like to skip it too but there is no way.

Why do you need a quit option? Just hang up.

Press 4 4 2 to get some options to not hear some things.
