You have the option to contact a CS Agent direct at the link below. can you share more as to steps you're taking to add a voucher, you may find that you will get a quicker resolution from the forum members.

Where did you purchase voucher? Some vouchers take about 24 hours to be active. Make sure that you are entering the right set of numbers.

You can try to enter your voucher number either via your self service account or dealing 611 on your phone.
