Some vouchers take about 24 hours to be active. &amp;nbsp;Make sure that you are entering the right set of numbers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try to enter your voucher number either via your self service account or dealing 611 on your phone. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
