There is no phone support with this carrier. If you ever need support you will have to use the community mailbox to message a customer service agent as the chat box ticket system is broken with no sign of actually being fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The community is quite knowledgeable and you’ll use the forum to connect with customers and we help as much as we can.
