Please start by comparing your defvice's APN settings to those provided by Public Mobile: https://publicmobile.ca/en/qc/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone

Internet WiFi connect is done through your phone settings but if you are referring to data. Try resetting the Cellular Network on your phone settings.

If you need help with the settings, let us know the make and model of your phone.
