    <description>&lt;P&gt;I partially set up an account for my mom, but she didn’t have a SIM card at the time, so we logged out. We were able to log back in, but when I hit the button to continue the set-up process, it redirected back to the login page. How do I get it to move on? (When I re-entered the same password that just worked, it then said it was incorrect.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
