Is there an issue with data service ? Phone and text works, LTE / 4G not.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/332711"&gt;@Michelle_1306&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the Cellular Network is not connected so go to Settings on your phone and reset the Cellular Network settings. You will need to reset your WiFi password afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if you need help in resetting the network but we will need your make and model of your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
