    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having this problem since Sunday and nothing has worked. I've made sure data roaming is on, I'm connected to T-Mobile, I've set up the Access Point Network to the instructions from the chatbot. I've tried turning data roaming off and on again, manually selecting different networks, restarting multiple times. Also submitted a ticket days ago and haven't heard anything back, nor can I find a phone number to actually get in touch with Public. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/298349"&gt;@Joannakparker&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;which city and state you are at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can your phone connect to T-Mobile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, change the Mobile Network Selection from Automatic to Manual and the choose T-Mobile&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once it is connected, make sure you enable Roaming Mobile Data on your phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
