      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your subscription is renewed and you see new service period going to Oct/Nov then ignore this message.&amp;nbsp;Check your payment history to confirm payment has been made.&lt;BR /&gt;Did you receive it as SMS?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything is OK you can notify agent of incorrect SMS so they can forward that to developers to fix the system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
