    <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything should have been on auto. After I logged in and saw it was about to cancel I fixed it but I never turned it off and have been using Public now for years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue but when logged into my account it said something along the lines of "subscription will expire in so many days" If I hadn't logged in I would have lost my account/subscription without even being informed. I have auto payments set up, there's been no issues with payments. If this happens again does anyone know what Public will do to fix this. I have a specific "plan/subscription" that am very happy with and do not like any of their current deals. Please let me know if you have had a similar account issues and if it was dealt with appropriately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/332347"&gt;@SassyWhovian&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have been getting service? or you didn't use in awhile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Autopay is good but it could fail.&amp;nbsp; Once it fails, account suspended and you have 90 days to pay or your account will be closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some people has a phone as backup and never aware of the payment issue.&amp;nbsp; So, it is best to test out the phone monthly and login My Account and check the status and cycle date&lt;/P&gt;</description>

"&lt;SPAN&gt;Don’t worry about interruptions in your service when you have your subscription on."&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
