I am unable to check my voicemails. I can call out and receive calls fine but when I call to check voice mail it says it cannot complete my call. I have voicemails sitting there that I can’t check.

Are you hitting a voice mail button to automatically dial your voice mail? What happens if you try to dial your own number?

Try dialing 1-778-580-4001. What shows as being dialed when you press and hold the 1 key?

Dialing your own number will also take you to voicemail. Will your call complete if you try that?

try reboot the phone and try again

Also, you can call from yourself from a landline or any other phone line, press ‘*’ to skip the system greeting.
