    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you changed did you select "Change on your next renewal date"? Because if you changed before your next renewal date you will not have rewards applied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note that when changing over to a 90 subscription for the first time you will only receive 1x rewards. On the second billing cycle you will receive 3x the rewards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you do an immediate plan change? Or next renewal? Rewards would normally be paid in on the last day. I hope you didn't switch to points.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
