The $10 bill credit can take anywhere from 48-72 hours to show up in your account. If you don’t see anything after 72 hours then I’d reach out to support and see if they could re-add the referral code for you.

If you used a friend’s or family’s referral code, you will see the $10 credit on your account in 72 hours/3 days.

If you gave the referral code to a friend or family, you will receive your $1/1 point within 24 hours depending on which Rewards system they are on. Also, they will receive a text indicating “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward”.
