Cannot login because SMS and voice mails are not available

I try to login to my account, it says sending 6 digit code via SMS to my number. I cannot retrieve the SMS, I do not have access to that number because I am out of the country. It gives me the option to call the number; but that number does not have voice mail (and of course I cannot answer that call). I need it to send me the 6 digit code via email, but there is no way I could find to do that!

Are you able to incorrectly put in the code a few times and then get the didn’t receive code option to appear? It should look like this:

Once you press didn’t receive code it should open up a window and will give you the option to receive the code via email:
