Also, you don't get prorated for what you prepaid on the previous plan either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can set it again to change on your next schedule so you don't lose out on extra $'s here. You know we are not public employees here on the forum right? In get help for customer support you should get the Chatbot help or go to the bubble bottom right to contact CSA. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. &amp;nbsp;Type &lt;STRONG&gt;CS_Agent&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the SEND TO box.
