    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/331696"&gt;@Albee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The default SIM card PIN for all Public Mobile SIM cards is 1234.&amp;nbsp; Howeverr, if your phone is asking for the SIM card's PUK, you will need to ask a Public Mobile customer support agent for that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is asking for a SIM Netowrk Unlock PIN or a SIM Network Unlock PUK, that isn't actually a code to unlock your SIM card, but rather a code to unlock your phone.&amp;nbsp; In that case, the previous carrier would need to be contaced for the needed code/codes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
