      <title>Submitting a ticket</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot submit a ticket every time I do. The website just says oops something went wrong. How do I get somebody from public mobile to talk to me or live chat?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My visa was compromised, so my account was put on hold and my daughter's as well. When I went to restore it I wanted to change the plan (there was a 30 dollar account that flashed on the screen)but it disappeared and showed my current plan only. So I renewed it , then couldn't find the plan that flashed on the screen. I thought I was seeing things, but when I did my daughter's phone payment it showed up again, I went to take a picture , however the impatient kid (lol)just hit the renew button and I couldn't see the plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So 3 questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;question one is there a 30 dollar 30 gig 5G plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question two&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I renew to another more expensive plan, do I pay the difference or do I have to pay in full and lose the money I put in for the old plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question 3 :if you do the 3month payment to get the discount, is it just the once that you get the discount or everytime you do the 3month renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
