      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/319430"&gt;@KayKaos&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you using the same phone? what brand and model you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, login My Account using Incognito mode and check if you still have data left.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure you have disabled the data limiter on your phone. Click Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might also want to test your PM sim card with another phone and possibly test in another area to confirm if it not a device problem or a local network problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know if that helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
