    <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe I had chosen the wrong plan as I wanted to the prepaid 3 months at 34$ a month but when I went to look and change I was charged for another payment how can I rectify this - I dont want to contact visa and have the payments cancelled&lt;/P&gt;</description>
