I paid my bill today 1 day early before my was due and didn't receive my loyalty Recognition reward for $4.00 off my bill

@Babe2010 PM usually deposit rewards the day before renewal, If you load fund ahead of the renewal date or make immediate plan change, the rewards will be deposit into your account shortly after

@Babe2010 !so you paid the bill and started a new 30 day cycle today . Sounds like you just wanted to top up the account instead for renewal day ? Your rewards will appear again with in the next couple days but if you just did early renewal by accident then you won’t get your rewards for this cycle . But will again for next renewal . You.
