What exact error message you got, if any.&amp;nbsp; And at which step of the activation you got stuck at&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally speaking, start using the app to subscribe for best results. If PM has not charged you yet, you might want to consider using another email to setup the account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
