I subscribed today and got the QR code email. However, my eSIM fails to activate and I am currently without service of any kind. My emails to Customer Support remain unanswered. Very frustrating experience.

Also, it is possible you have to reset it multiple times for it to work.

if it still does not work, please open ticket with PM support

               https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

I had the regular supscription and just changed to have the 50G plan for Canada and the US, because I travel to the US frequently. Is it possible to have the eSIM, instead of the physical SIM card I currently have? Or should I just keep what I have?
