      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would still use COMPUTER instead of app/phone to do important things like signing up, renewing subscription, etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once it is activated then you can use the app or online to manage your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you indicate what you have done so far so we can help you further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
