      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;When I log into my account I get this notofication:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;A 6 digit code associated with your EverSafe ID will be sent to your phone number. We will need you to confirm this number.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;However, the phone number that the digits are sent to are my new phone number that has not yet been activated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/330372"&gt;@Kavin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so you passed the payment screen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you use the app to activate?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have not use the app yet, you need to download the PM app and use it to finishing the subscription.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you already used the app and got passed the new number screen and got to the end, the put the sim card in the phone and test it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
